The fish-tail foot tripod base supports a vertical black wrought iron twist topped with four brass-tone twists crowned with a polychromed round on which sit a candelabra of five polychromed bulb insets. The painted glass bulbs are in the shape of dripping pillar candles with black wicks. The hand-forged and blacksmith-worked iron guarantees enduring quality. The electric lamp is in working order. John-Richard has been designing for the luxury interior decoration market since 1980. This pair of post-1980 large weighted candlesticks are constructed of painted metal, wood, and resin. The heavy duty candlesticks are painted in tones of gold, black, red, and Spanish green. The design is a banister style featuring stylized nods to fluting, modelling, cup-and-cover, and egg-and-dart. The candlesticks will complement furnishings from the John-Richard subsidiary Alexander and Mary and will be a whimsical addition to Classical, Jacobean, Carolean, William and Mary, and Renaissance interiors. A sticker on the bottom states
