How long has India Street Antiques been in business?
India Street Antiques was established in October 1991 in the NoLi neighborhood of Little Italy in San Diego. At that time, we were the only retail business in North Little Italy. Our early 20th century warehouse was surrounded by car repair and rental facilities. NoLi has developed over the years into San Diego's premier Art and Design District with the addition of art galleries, artist studios, woodworkers, wine bars, breweries, retail shops, architects, designers, landscapers, salvage stores, and Mid-Century Modern furniture specialists. By 1996 we were importing European Danish Modern designs. In spring 2014 we launched Danish Modern San Diego to showcase these designs. Visit us at 2361 India Street (at Kalmia).
